Shipping Area

BetterNest Essentials currently ships to addresses within the United States only.

Processing and Delivery

Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing. After processing, standard delivery typically takes 7–15 business days. Weekends and holidays are not counted as business days.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping costs $4.99. Orders with a subtotal of $50 or more qualify for free standard shipping after discounts and before taxes.

Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information after your order ships. Please allow several days for tracking updates to appear.

Multiple Packages

Products may ship from different fulfillment locations. An order containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages at different times at no additional shipping charge.

Address Changes

Please verify your shipping address before placing an order. Contact us through our Contact page as soon as possible if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order begins processing. Customers may be responsible for costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control. If an order is significantly delayed, please contact us through our Contact page.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us as soon as possible, but no later than 7 days after delivery, if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
